Land Clearing & Lot Prep
Building site, pasture expansion, or driveway — cleared right.
Full-service lot clearing for homesites, ranchland, and access roads. We drop, buck, and remove the timber; grub stumps; and leave a graded site ready for your builder or excavator.
Includes
- Tree removal and stump grubbing
- Burn-pile slash management
- Salvageable saw logs separated and sold
- Final grade rake-out
Quoted per acre or by lump sum after a site visit.
Forest Health & Fuel Reduction
Defensible space and fuel breaks before fire season finds you.
Hazard-tree removal, ladder-fuel thinning, and defensible-space work for landowners, HOAs, and agencies. We work to local, state, and federal fuel-reduction specs and can tie into cost-share programs when they apply.

- Ladder-fuel and ground-fuel thinning
- Hazard- and bug-killed tree removal
- Chipping or burn-pile disposal
- Stand maintenance recommendations
Project-based pricing with cost-share options where available.
Log Sales & Firewood
House logs, posts, poles, and split firewood off the lot.
We buy logs at competitive rates and sell house logs, fence posts, and seasoned firewood direct from our Rigby yard. Call ahead — inventory rotates with the season.
