Landowner Stories

Common Questions
Pricing, scheduling, slash treatment, and what to expect on the landing — here's what landowners ask us most.
How long does a typical harvest take?
Most lot-clearing jobs wrap in 2–7 days. Larger timber harvests run 1–4 weeks. You get a written schedule before we start.
Stumpage or per-thousand?
Either. We'll lay out a flat stumpage offer and a per-thousand estimate, and you pick the deal that fits your goals.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes — fully licensed, bonded, and carrying general liability and workers' comp on every job.
Request a free walk-through — we'll talk through your timber, your timing, and a fair price.
